Roundtable with Barlume

The holiday season for Together Hospitality NYC crescendoed with flair and fanfare at Barlume, the new must-visit destination from LDV Hospitality, with LDV President John Meadow and Managing Partner Avery Britton serving as the gracious hosts along with their attentive team.  The captivated crowd was treated to the history of the LDV brand from concept to global hospitality success story, including the labor of love that is this current neighborhood’s “best-kept secret”, providing diners with everything from their morning cappuccino to Mediterranean dinners and cocktails into the wee hours of the night. Karen Waltuck, representing our social impact partner Job Path, provided inspiration for the crowd as she demonstrated the deep roots her non-profit has in the NYC hospitality industry. The timely topic of Artificial Intelligence was deftly discussed by Authority Member Justin Adelson from the Technology Concierge, who illustrated the practical ways he has been helping restaurants, including the LDV brands, utilize this technology to maximize guest experience. The final breakout session of the year was on the topic of relevance in the competitive markets that await us all in 2025, and everyone left feeling more relevant than before.
