Bio

Justin fell in love with hospitality during his first job in high school as a Culinary Intern at MetLife Stadium. This early experience ignited a passion that has guided his professional career ever since. Growing up in Montauk during the summers, Justin was naturally drawn to working at Gurney’s, where he established a baseline of exceptional service. He then pursued a degree in Hospitality Management at Cornell’s Hotel School. After graduation, he moved to Hawaii to work for Hilton, further developing his leadership skills.

Returning to New York, Justin began exploring other areas of the industry, accepting a role as a Pre-Opening Coordinator for Selina. In this position, he discovered his interest in real estate. Following a job loss due to Covid, Justin pursued a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development. He then joined a startup hotel company called InHouse as a Senior Associate of Development & Operations.

Seeking a role that would allow him to continue expanding his industry knowledge, Justin accepted his current position as a Hospitality Account Manager at The Proactive Technology Group (PTG). In this role, he is leading PTG’s new initiative, The Technology Concierge. PTG is a Managed Service Provider offering IT Services and Technical Support, while The Technology Concierge specializes in Hospitality Technology Consulting.
