maman’s spacious and unique Tribeca location was the host of Together Hospitality NYC’s first meeting of Summer 2024. Nearly 50 of the brightest stars in New York hospitality braved the 90 degree temperatures to gather together for inspiration, education, and delicious refreshments. Guss Firestein (CDO) and Jack Brennan (COO) dove deep into the philosophy and praxis that has made them a roaring success with locations across the east coast serving a loyal maman fanbase. Tierra Gunther represented Allie’s Place, and spoke from the heart on the difference being made in the lives of those participating with their social impact program. Finally, Joel Grassi from BHB Pest Elimination gave insights into managing DOH inspections as well as a meditation on our purpose in the cosmos. The roundtable flew by and attendees are already looking forward to the next event.
