Roundtable with Kamasu
The largest private development in US history was the site of the second Together Hospitality NYC meeting of 2024 as several dozen industry professionals gathered on a snowy Valentine’s Eve to experience Kamasu at Hudson Yards. Owner Garry Kanfer and Director of Ops Joe Johnson & their team were our gracious hosts who took time to inspire and inform the full house about everything from sushi to suburbs to shopper’s habits.
Coming from a background in IT and marketing, Garry equipped listeners with the techniques he used to pivot through the pandemic and beyond. The learning continued with Kate Edwards’ brilliance on practical steps of successful delegators, and a breakout discussion on operating in the new reality of the shortened workweek.
