We are hospitality professionals with decades of experience knowing exactly how to leverage technology and existing services to create efficient and profitable off-premises operations for our clients.
After a professional beginning in the financial industry, Jodi transitioned into the hospitality industry following her culinary passion. She ran kitchens for a number of years as a professional chef before moving on to direct operations for multi-unit restaurants.
Jodi brings her years of financial, culinary, operations, and business management experience to her role as COO / Associate Consultant at Figure 8 to support restaurant clients with their off-premises operations and financial health.
