Jed started his accounting career as an auditor with international firm BDO. When Jed got his first accounting job with a restaurant, serving as the controller for the il Buco restaurant group, he knew he found his calling. Since then Jed has worked with other acclaimed restaurants, such as the 3 Michelin-starred Le Bernardin, and Casa Nela group in the West Village, which encompasses Rosemary’s, Bobo and Claudette. Jed is a CPA and MBA recipient with a Certificate in Foodservice Management from Cornell University.
