Allie’s Place Visit
Together Hospitality had the opportunity to go up to the Bronx and visit Allie’s Place. Ashley Bradford and Kimmy Wade lead a class about restaurant life and the different types of dinnerware there are followed by a Q & A from students. We had an incredible time at speaking with the students and staff and touring the facility. The visit wouldn’t have been compete with out incredible pastries from their state of the art kitchen.
